Terms and Conditions of Use for Judena Travel


Welcome to Judena Travel (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.judena-travel.com (the "Website"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). Judena-Travel.com is a website and mobile application (“Website”) operated by Judena Travel, a limited liability company with its address at 45 Herbert Chitepo Avenue Extension, Harare (0002). 1. Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility: To make bookings or reservations through our Website, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making bookings or reservations. Any inaccuracies may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Payment: Payments for travel services must be made in accordance with our payment policies. We accept various payment methods, and you agree to abide by our payment terms.


2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies for travel bookings may vary depending on the specific service provider, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators. We will provide you with information about applicable cancellation policies during the booking process.

Return and Refunds policy: The provision of goods and services by x-icon Travel is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Judena Travel will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee depending on ticket. (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods. Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.).


3. Customer Privacy Policy

Judena Travel shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be accessed on: Legislation Acts


4. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Judena Travel or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Use of Content: You may only use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Judena Travel is a business in the Travel and Tourism industry.


Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed immediately after confirmation and delivery confirmed by email.


Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Judena Travel is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Judena Travel will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a % administration fee which is dependant on the cancellation rules of the ticket.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Judena Travel bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.


Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Judena Travel via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.


Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Judena Travel separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.


Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).


Responsibility

Judena Travel accepts no responsibility for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of services provided by agents or third parties not affiliated with or directly employed by Judena Travel. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where customers engage with free agents or other external entities and experience fraud, misrepresentation, or any form of swindling. Judena Travel’s responsibility is strictly limited to the services rendered by its own agents and representatives. We strongly advise verifying the credentials and reliability of any third-party agents before engaging their services. The issuing of an itinerary is by no means confirmation of a successful booking.


Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Judena Travel chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 45 Herbet Chitepo Avenue Extension .


Variation

Judena Travel may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
